Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before processing begins.
Once an order has entered production, customization, packaging, or shipping stages, cancellation may not be possible.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 10 days of receiving the product.
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized garments
- Tailor-made products
- Altered products
- Monogrammed products
- Personalized items
- Gift cards
Unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Refund Approval
After inspection and approval of the returned product, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
